What qualifications do we require?

You must LOVE helping people and adding value. Don’t worry, we can teach you everything you need to know about our business, technology and processes, but we can’t train you to be an amazing person and leader. You will receive full training to ensure you’re confident and competent before we throw you into the thick of things. A proven track record of successes and delivery of results is a must. Insurance broker experience, relationship building, a passion for adding value and managerial experience is required.

What will your role look like?

You will be responsible for leading a team of insurance brokers and managing the day-to-day operations of the department. You must be able to problem solve and find solutions. You will create and implement procedures and workflows that help assist the brokers in their daily duties. You will be responsible to assist brokers with quotes and claims. Also, you will facilitate and monitor the training of the team members. A big part of leading the team will be leading by example, and taking on broker duties to support the team.

We’re a collaborative team so you will get the opportunity to work with the team on developing and improving the Nuera platform, develop short and long term strategy, goals and targets. We are looking for a passionate, creative and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to develop/manage online marketing strategies. You will be responsible for achieving the Nuera brand’s online marketing objectives by creating and maintaining social media followers as well as marketing campaign by creating blogs based on latest trends/ current events, keyword research, on page SEO, content generation, marketing and optimization. You have a passion for cutting edge digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and presenting online marketing strategies
  • Reviewing and analyzing our sites for areas that can be improved and optimized
  • Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites and social media accounts to ensure follower engagement
  • Managing content and posting in social media including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin
  • Identifying content/keywords needed to drive the most valuable traffic
  • Driving SEO/organic growth through architectural, technical, and content recommendations; performing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Researching and evaluating keywords, advertising links, market behavior, trends in competitors
  • Writing calls-to-action to convert visitors
  • Preparing bi-weekly reports on the success of the efforts outlined in the SEO strategy; communicate results and optimizations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Helping to develop Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization strategies across the business units; executing on these strategies
  • Working with our external marketing partners on initiatives that involve SEO input
  • Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data and results, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Managing SEM/ Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns through design, development, and management, including: campaign structure, keyword research, keyword management, keyword bidding, ad copy writing, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and any other core capability required to maximize results, drive volume, and hit key metrics
  • Working with internal and external teams to identify opportunities to maximize marketing effectiveness
  • Drive SEO through content creation and content programming
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords

Qualification & Competencies

  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including conversation factors, analytics
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically to identify and resolve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Content/Engine Marketing (SCM/ SEM), SEO Rush and Content Growth
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization practices and website optimization tools
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, and online customer acquisition
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints as well as meta tags is a plus
  • Ability to research/ stay up-to-date on current trends
  • Knowledge of video content creation is a plus

We will train you on all products and systems to ensure you can provide daily assistance to our diverse clientele.
